The whole team is wonderful, they are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and not just the actual gardening or designs. I loved the open communication and honest advice. The project felt like a shared adventure where they listen to your needs and then best advise on it, but they also think ahead and share these thoughts which makes it easy to trust the team and understand decisions. They understand a budget and are very willing to work around things or advise where costs can be saved, again which feels like a team you can trust. I love their can-do attitude and even when you ask for advice or help on something outside the scope, or after the service - they always reply with a smile. Quite a poor experience interacting with Tracey to get an initial meeting set up. Originally told she could come on a... certain day but wouldn’t commit to a time, so we requested she simply give us a heads up a few hours out to be sure someone would be there when she did show up. No response… so on the day we chased up asking whether we could expect her at any sort of time that day, for her to tell us she had no availability.If you don’t want to feel like you are being done a favour as a client / like you are playing the lottery, I would advise you look elsewhere.read more
